Using The Tantric Three

Moving deeper into the theme of opening your orgasmic experience and softening into pleasure, we have reached the stage of the course where you get to learn some simple, tantric tools for expansion and letting go. Most women experience climax as a form of tension and release. However, when used in a habitual way, this type of climax can harden your system. It's almost like a form of armouring - climax like this can be used compulsively as a way to stifle and not feel. To discharge feelings in the body that might, just, want to be felt.

The deeper orgasmic state that we have begun to explore this week? That type of orgasm is more like a softening that happens over time.

It is worth asking yourself. What is your go to type of orgasm? And how do you use your orgasm? Do you ever use it to avoid yourself, for example? And what does the idea of softening into a deeper orgasmic state bring up in you? Is this something you are curious about? Or have maybe experienced?

For the next couple of weeks I am going to ask you to avoid climax if possible - and definitely avoid clitoral climax. Let's just open to the possibility of new terrain, and stop ourselves from going the familiar routes to pleasure for a while to see what might emerge instead.
