So here we are. Week 5.

And at this point I really want to know - how are you doing?

Where did you go on that map? What did you discover so far? How has it impacted the rest of your life - if at all? Have you had glimpses of what is possible for you when you open your sex and pleasure? Or did you hit full on mountain peaks, or deep dives into the down along the way? It's all good. And in fact, each time through this course is another type of journey in and of itself. I really highly recommend you come back to this material over and over. Use it until it becomes like familiar muscle in your life.

So - in this our final module - we really explore how to cultivate our orgasm as a state and way of being. I have mentioned this a few times - how we can take our orgasm practice even deeper still into cultivating a deep friendship with our bodies. How a relaxed, surrendered way of living optimises all feel good hormones, regulates and smoothes out any kinks or patterns in our nervous system, has us trusting our bodies own signals and empowers us to speak them and create from them. In a world that really needs us to do so right now, in my opinion.

Even more interesting - some might say - sex can even become a practice that even has spiritual potential.

What? Enlightenment through pussy liberation, you say? Yes, indeed. And what is not to love about that idea?

In this module then, we look at the power of the cervix in establishing orgasmic practice and habits, and how she is the seat of your energy in so many tantric practices too. The cervix is renowned for her spiritual tendencies and the cosmic nature other pleasure - and I'll tell you all about this this week.

We will also examine the idea of sexual surrender as a major principle for pleasure that is often missing in our lives. We tend to keep everything together, right? We are known for our capacity to both multi-task and micro-manage. Frankly, is there any aspect of our lives that we don't try to control? This module will help show you how to start letting go of that once and for all.

De-armoring is another wonderful practice that we will cover here too. It's a deep one - and fully pleasurable. So, find your favourite toy and get experimenting with what your pussy has to show you about some of the deeper and more tender spots inside her.

Finally, the idea of orgasm as a path and as a state of being. We will go into that in more detail and really get to explore some of the fundamental tenets of the path of feminine pleasure as a practice path.

We examine the possibility of a life that feels safe, surrendered, receptive, deeply nourished. And ultimately, impactful in a truly magnetic and powerful way.
