Yoga for Your Pussy


Using the jade egg is like doing yoga with your vagina – it tones, sensitizes, harmonizes, and cleanses the yoni (“yoni” is a Sanskrit word that means “sacred space” and refers to all the female sexual and reproductive organs). However, much in the same way that yoga helps holistically on all levels mind, body and spirit, the same can be said for this practice.


We shall explore some of the more specific benefits as we progress through the course.


Each week a longer and deeper had egg audio practice will be released to you.


But you also have this basic jade egg practice  – it’s around 8 minutes long and I would recommend doing it 2 – 3 times weekly throughout the course if you can.
